How to solve a Rubik's cube 6x6 - Step 8
Step 8.
At the end of the stage, you must have assembled all the layers except the top one and a cross on the last layer.

At the end of the stage the corner cubes of the top face should be in their places, while they may not be rotated correctly.

To rearrange the corner cubes of the top face, do one of the algorithms of the 6th step of assembling the Rubik's cube 3x3:
Variant 1

![R'](/data/6/act/r1d.png)
![F'](/data/6/act/fl.png)
![L'](/data/6/act/Lu.png)

![R](/data/6/act/r1u.png)
![F'](/data/6/act/fl.png)
![L](/data/6/act/L.png)
![F](/data/6/act/f.png)

Variant 2
![](/data/6/img/8-2.png)
![F'](/data/6/act/fl.png)
![L'](/data/6/act/Lu.png)
![F](/data/6/act/f.png)
![R'](/data/6/act/r1d.png)
![F'](/data/6/act/fl.png)

![F](/data/6/act/f.png)
![R](/data/6/act/r1u.png)

If You are faced with a situation where 2 corner cubes are in their places and 2 are not in their places (this can be either cubes on one side or located diagonally from each other), do the following algorithm:
Variant 3

After use the first 2 algorithms of this step to rearrange the corner cubes into their places.
